We have expertise in modification of Cv for control valves, to support this we have the infrastructure to calculate the Cv with real time data. We have the capabilities to design the new trim parts such as Plug, Cage and Seat to attain the required Cv.
Shutdown Jobs
Our highly skilled technicians and engineers work 24 hours to complete shutdown jobs on time. We have capabilities to work in our workshop and/or provide mobile machinery to work on-site at the customer plant anywhere in India location.
Big Size Valve Repair
We specialize in Big size Ball valve repairs and achieving class VI shutoff for metal to metal seated valves. We are capable of repairing up to 48” ball valve along with machining and chrome plating of Ball.
Positioner Calibration
A team of well experienced engineers and well trained valve technicians perform calibration of valve positioners be it Pneumatic, Electro-Pneumatic or Smart (HART) positioners.
Retrofitting of valve
We retrofit valves as per your requirement. This includes changing mechanical valves to actuator operated or vice versa, changing regular bonnet design to bellow seal design and vice versa, etc.

Organized Store Room
We stock various sizes of diaphragms ready to use. We have stock for materials like SS304, 304L, 316, 316L, Monel, Inconel, etc to manufacture valve parts readily as required. We also keep stock for PTFE, CFT, GFT to make soft seats for valves. We can fulfill all your emergency requirements.
Testing Jobs
We own a huge variety of testing flanges with size of 0.5" to 44" up to 2500# rating to test valves as needed. We also carry out on-site valve testing jobs for new projects or shutdowns. We have a mobile safety valve testing bench to calibrate and test safety valves on site or at our workshop. We have specially designed reducer flanges to test butterfly valves.
